My third birth experience was SO powerful. Mindfulness and meditation allowed me to have a peaceful, 20-hour unmedicated labor and delivery. A few months after we recorded the podcast, I had my fourth baby, once again an unmedicated birth! This one was different because my labor stalled out, but meditation and mindfulness once again made a huge difference.
